2006 Ricordati [ $32.00 ]     [ Club Price $22.40 ]

The 2006 Ricordati is another example of our “new generation” of wines. New fermentation regimes and the use of all Westside fruit makes this Ricordati the finest vintage to date. Ricordati (always remember) Is a complex Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Merlot (40%), Cabernet Franc (10%), Malbec (5%), and Petite Verdot (5%). In the winery's thirteen year history this wine has won 18 Gold Medals and a Best In Class at International Wine Competitions. Deep, Dark, Cherry, Plum, Raspberry, Maple. Excellent with Pastas, Red Sauces and Meats.

2005 Ricordati Magnum [ $64.00 ]     [ Club Price $44.80 ]

1.5 Liter Ricordati. It's true... size does matter

2006 Anderson Road [ $28.00 ]     [ Club Price $19.60 ]

Anderson Road is a killer blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%),Syrah(45%)and Petite Syrah (10%). Very unique. I didn’t spend a lot of time on the name (check our address) but I did spent a lot of time coming up with a really memorable wine. I really try to be humble, but sometimes it just doesn't work out

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon [ $25.00 ]     [ Club Price $17.50 ]

This Cabernet is really full bodied. On the nose it’s deep cherry and strawberry jam with spice that melts into a thick berry mouth framed in full tannins that linger on the finish. That’s my best “wine geek” descriptor yet! The real story on this wine is, it’s yummy. “Yummy” is my favorite technical term. If you want to know pH, TA, Brix, yeast strains, an ML nutrients, stop by with some beer and I’ll make your eyes glaze over with techno babble!

2006 Cabernet Franc [ $25.00 ]     [ Club Price $17.50 ]

This Cab Franc was grown at the Westside Ranch and has always been used in our Ricordati. For some inexplicable reason I bottled up 100 cases on it's own.

2006 Merlot [ $25.00 ]     [ Club Price $17.50 ]

This wine ROCKS! It exhibits plum, white pepper, strawberry jam, and maple syrup. I love this wine! It's really amazing to me how the popularity of Merlot has gone down since the movie "Sideways" (which I have yet to see). I guess the masses are comfortable with Hollywood Producers deciding what wine they should like. That's ok, I don't make my wine for the masses anyway.

2007 Petite Sirah [ $25.00 ]     [ Club Price $17.50 ]

This Petite Sirah comes from the famed Ranchita Canyon Vineyard. Deep, dark, robust, rustic, and fruity.

2007 Zinfandel [ $22.00 ]     [ Club Price $15.40 ]

Part of the "new wave" wines to roll out from my humble little shack. Deep color and aromatics showcase the new fermentation protocols I started in 2005. Again I could bore you with Brix, pH, TA and yeast strains but I'd rather use the technical term of "Bitchen"! Yes, I am over fifty and I'm not handling it very well.

2006 Left Turn [ $35.00 ]     [ Club Price $24.50 ]

Left Turn is a blend of 60% Zinfandel, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre. Very smooth and balanced in your face wine. A very "outside the box" blend

2006 Grenache [ $35.00 ]     [ Club Price $24.50 ]

A delightful Rhone with a slash (2-3%) of Syrah and Mourvedre. Fruity berry and spice box on the nose with soft tannins on the finish.

2006 Soft Shoulder [ $35.00 ]     [ Club Price $24.50 ]

Soft Shoulder is a Rhone blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre. It is delicate, balanced, and lingering on the finish.

Zinfandel Port - 375ml [ $18.00 ]     [ Club Price $12.60 ]

Rocket Fuel Zinfandel Port. I love this wine! When you have this Zin Port with raspberry cream chocolates... You'll see God!

Celebration [ $12.00 ]     [ Club Price $8.40 ]

A celebration of Harvest! To make this wine, we remove 100 gals of juice from each lot of grapes that comes to the winery during harvest. We place all the juice in one tank and slowly ferment it at forty degrees during the entire harvest, adding juice each time we harvest a vineyard. At the end of Harvest we celebrate by warming the tank and finishing the wine. This wine was fermented over a two month period.

This wine should be served cold. An ice chest is a good start! Serving in glasses is optional.
