On May 28, Dark Star will present a wine dinner extravaganza featuring the culinary arts of Chef Taylor Pederson. The dinner will consist of multiple courses paired with an equal number of Dark Star wines.
Chef Taylor was trained at the French Culinary Institute of Manhattan. His experience is countrywide, from New York to Sanfrancisco, and has owned and operated restaurants in San Fransico and Ukiah.
Dinner music will be provided by Natalie Gelman, our favorite singer-songwriter, who will perform an eclectic mix of covers and original music.
