Winemaker's Tour and Barrel Tasting

Come early and join our winemaker for a tour and barrel tasting. We will start with a warm up tasting at the bar, consisting of Mixolydian Fizz, our  Pétillant Naturel sparkling rosé, followed by our Mourvèdre based Chain Reaction, also known as "the party blend."  We will then take a short stroll through the vineyard to see how the vines are doing, and make a stop at the crush pad to inspect the equipment. From there, we will proceed to the winery, where we will sample from four barrels and see if we can distinguish between different oak treatments. After you have astonished me with your discerning taste, we will retire to the bar, where you may select two additional samples from our extensive list.

The tour will commence Saturday and Sunday at exactly eleven A.M., no waiting for stragglers.  We will limit the event to ten persons, so it would be best to call and get on the list. The tour fee with the tasting is $40, waived per a six bottle purchase.
