Grenache is by nature a lighter wine.  We concentrated it a little by juice extraction at the crush, and blended in some Syrah and Zinfandel.  The result was exceptional, and is turning out to be very popular in the tasting room.  This wine is at the approachable end of the spectrum, and pairs well with lighter fare.
