This is our fourth vintage of Montepulciano.  This is a fabulous varietal originally from the Abruzzo region of Italy, but grown locally in the Adelaida district.  The wine features  medium body and  tannins, fairly crisp acids, and a unique flavor profile, with notes of sour cherry.
